Position: AI Engineer
Overview

We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, experience with AI/ML frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI systems, and cloud deployment technologies.

Key Responsibilities
AI & Machine Learning Development
Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent systems.
Build, train, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning models.
Implement Deep Learning solutions using modern frameworks.
Develop predictive analytics and recommendation systems.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation.
Generative AI & LLMs
Develop applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Create AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation solutions.
Design and optimize prompts for AI systems.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Fine-tune and evaluate AI models for specific business requirements.
Agentic AI Development
Build autonomous AI agents capable of planning and executing tasks.
Develop multi-agent systems for business automation.
Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
Implement workflows using Agentic AI frameworks.
Backend & API Development
Develop REST APIs and AI microservices.
Integrate AI models with web and mobile applications.
Manage databases and data pipelines.
Optimize system performance and scalability.
Deployment & MLOps
Deploy AI applications on cloud platforms.
Monitor model performance and retrain when necessary.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions.
Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience building AI agents and workflow automation systems.
Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment.
Understanding of software design patterns and scalable architectures.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
