Welcome to SyllabusBook.com. By creating an account or using any part of the platform — courses, job portal, rentals, marketplace, abroad consultancy or startup hub — you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- One person/entity per account. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, post fraudulent listings, or abuse other users.
2. Courses & Content
- Course access is personal and non-transferable, valid for the period shown at purchase (typically 1 year).
- All course material is our intellectual property or licensed to us. Copying, recording or redistributing content is prohibited.
3. Job Portal, Rentals & Marketplace
- Companies are responsible for the accuracy of job posts (first post free, ₹799 per additional post).
- Property owners and shops are responsible for their listings, pricing and fulfilment of orders/reservations.
- We act as a platform connecting parties and are not a party to employment, tenancy or sale contracts formed between users.
4. Payments
All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
No unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing activity; no scraping, reverse engineering or attempts to breach security.
6. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh having exclusive jurisdiction.
